In order to prevent improper access or leaks of Personal Data and to ensure safety management of the Personal Data, Nagase strives to ensure and continuously improve its information security systems. If handling of Personal Data is delegated to a third party, Nagase and such third party will enter into an agreement obliging such third party to manage such Personal Data with a level of security equivalent to that of Nagase.
Customers desiring that Nagase disclose, amend, or delete etc. their Personal Data may contact our help desk, and we will comply with such requests in an appropriate manner.
In addition to complying with laws, regulations, and other standards relating to Personal Data protection, Nagase strives to continuously update and improve its handling of Personal Data protection.
